Winter Carnival

Sunday, January 26 from 12– 4:00pm

Join Audubon Educators for an afternoon of winter fun and games. There will be snowshoeing for people age 12 and up and animal tracking hikes for the younger folks. You will get to meet live animals, go sledding (for preschool aged kids), listen to the live music of Lynn Roginske, attend Word with a Bird from 1pm – 2pm, and enjoy a slice or two of pizza from the Streetza food truck.  Guided hikes will lead visitors down to the lakefront to observe beautiful ice formations. If conditions are right, you can ice skate on Mystery Lake – but don’t forget to bring your own skates. With both indoor and outdoor activities, this event will go on regardless of the weather conditions, so dress for whatever nature throws our way and come celebrate winter!
